Front-end & Webflow developer

Taking on projects

Fast websites your team can manage on its own.

I’ve been building sites in Webflow since 2021, and in Astro when a project calls for it. Each comes with a CMS your team can update on its own, and I keep looking after the site after launch.

I build websites and look after them once they’re live

I build websites and handle the front end. I’ve worked on projects for Shoper, Tidio and the Leroy Merlin Foundation. I work with Zu Agency and Finsweet on an ongoing basis, and run my own projects for other agencies and companies. I take a site from mockup to launch and look after it afterwards.

  • From design to a live site

I build the design faithfully and set up a CMS the team can edit on its own.

  • Webflow

I build in Webflow on Client-First: CMS collections, localization and interactions. Where Webflow falls short, I add custom JavaScript.

  • Astro and Sanity

Sites with a headless CMS: multiple languages, a content structure built around the project and editing with a live preview.

  • A/B tests

On Webflow and Astro: I build the variants, split the traffic and measure the results. The version that converts better stays on the site.

  • Integrations

I connect newsletters, CRMs, job openings from recruiting tools and forms that feed Slack or spreadsheets, through Zapier or custom code against their APIs.

  • Performance

I measure PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals, then fix whatever slows the site down.

  • Analytics

I set up GA4, Tag Manager and Search Console, so you can see where traffic comes from and what limits its growth.

Working with agencies since 2021

  4. Zu Agency

  5. Finsweet

I build Webflow projects with the team behind Client-First and Attributes, and work in large repositories where the front end meets the back end. Clean code, a scalable structure and detail matter here, for clients around the world.

A word from the people I work with

  • I worked with Sergiusz during my time as Marketing Director at Quatt. He is a rare kind of developer: technically strong, proactive, and always thinking beyond the brief. Sergiusz brought valuable ideas to the table, adapted quickly as priorities changed, and played an important role in improving the Quatt website. He combines flexibility with real ownership, making him a highly reliable partner in a fast-moving environment. I would highly recommend Sergiusz to any team looking for a skilled and proactive developer.

  • Best guy to work with, super responsive, smart in finding solutions and always thinks about the customer first. Love it, rooting for Sergiusz, 100% recommendation!

  • Sergiusz is a great specialist, and it was a real pleasure to work with him, among other things on migrating a large, complex website from WordPress to Webflow. From the very start he proved extremely responsible, meticulous and precise. Over several years of working together I watched his tremendous professional growth first-hand — especially his ever-growing knowledge and the maturity and quality of his JavaScript code, which was key to our migration. Sergiusz’s greatest strength is that he isn’t afraid of even the most complex challenges. Whatever technical difficulties or time pressure came up along the way, he always delivered his tasks by the agreed deadline. Working with him is a pure pleasure and a real comfort on any project. I sincerely recommend working with Sergiusz and very much hope we’ll take on many more successful initiatives together!

  • Sergiusz supported me many times on Webflow-based projects. He coordinated them from start to finish. He helped gather requirements and prepare estimates, then took end-to-end ownership of implementation, testing, addressing client feedback, solving day-to-day issues and launch. Working together was smooth and professional, and always focused on a good collaboration and the final value for the client, which I especially appreciate.

Joanna Kasprzak, PhDIT Delivery Manager · digital healthLinkedIn
  • Working with Sergiusz, I felt I wasn't dealing with a subcontractor but with a business partner who understood what I needed and knew exactly how to deliver it.

An outstanding specialist in modern web design and development.

To the point, reliable and always on time. Never wastes time, yet always takes the time to explain things and find the best solution.

I recommend Sergiusz to anyone who values high quality and respect for their time.

    Piotr KalewskiCEO Event Marketing InstituteLinkedIn
  • Sergiusz is a true professional, a great developer, and a wonderful person to work with. I really enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone!

    Maor OfekFounder, SIDE ST®LinkedIn
  • We worked together from the very beginning of the project, when we first started migrating our website to Webflow. One of the biggest challenges was translating the entire design system into solutions that not only look good but also function smoothly and are easy to scale. He handled this exceptionally well. He brought our UX/UI designs to life with great attention to detail, ensuring responsiveness and consistency across all website elements.

I really appreciated that we could always count on him whenever technical issues or questions arose. He was our go-to person for help. He has a deep understanding of Webflow, can quickly diagnose a problem and find a solution, all while clearly explaining what should be done and why a particular approach is best.

It was also important to me that he understood the needs of our design team. He didn't approach tasks purely from a technical standpoint. He proactively offered advice, suggested alternative approaches, and pointed out things we might have otherwise missed during the design phase.

Working with him was a great experience. He is a truly skilled Webflow developer who knows his tools, cares deeply about the quality of his work, and can always be relied upon. I happily recommend him to anyone looking for a proven specialist for their Webflow projects.

  • I recommend Sergiusz for Webflow projects. He’s a very skilled professional, and he’s also responsive and communicative. Our collaboration went very smoothly, despite the project’s high level of complexity.

How we work together

I work with companies directly, and with agencies as their developer. From the first call to support after launch, you have one point of contact.

  1. 01. Initial call

You describe what you need: a Figma design to build, a new site, fixes or an integration. A short call clarifies the goals and requirements.

  2. 02. Scope in writing

You receive the scope, schedule and quote. Work starts once they are approved, so nothing outside the agreement is added along the way.

  3. 03. Staging version

The site is built on a staging version you can access throughout.

  4. 04. After launch

I hand over access and show your team how to edit content. I continue with fixes, new features and performance, also on a monthly retainer.

Common questions

  • I don’t have a Figma design yet. Is that a problem?

No. I work with designers, so the design can be created as part of the same project.

  • Webflow or another platform?

It depends on the project. Webflow works well when your team wants to build and change pages in a visual editor itself. Astro, when the content has an unusual structure or the site needs to be closely tied to other systems. We choose together once we’ve gone through the requirements.

  • Do you run A/B tests?

Yes, on Webflow and Astro. First we agree on what we’re testing and how success is measured. I then build the variants, split the traffic and set up tracking. When the test ends, the better-performing variant stays.

  • Can our team edit the content after launch?

Yes. The site is built so your team can edit content without a developer, and before handover I show you how to use the CMS.

  • What happens after launch?

I can look after the site on a monthly retainer or a block of hours: fixes, new features and performance. We match the scope to your needs and to how often the site changes.

  • What does it cost and how long does it take?

Both depend on the scope, so there is no fixed price list. After a short call you receive the scope, timeline and quote in writing. You can indicate a rough budget in the contact form, which helps me tailor the proposal from the start.

  • Do you take over sites built by someone else?

Yes, if the site is built in Webflow or Astro. I then handle fixes, performance, SEO, new sections and integrations, starting with a review of the site to assess its technical condition. If it runs on another platform, write to me and I’ll check whether I can help.
