Tidio Careers — job openings straight from the recruiting system

An integration of Tidio’s Webflow careers site with Recruitee. Roles, teams and their counts load on their own, and every role has its page in one template.

The brief

Tidio runs its recruiting in Recruitee, and its careers site is built in Webflow. Roles shouldn’t be entered twice: once in the applicant tracking system and again in the site’s CMS.

I built the integration that shows roles on the site straight from Recruitee: a list grouped by team, and a page for every role.

Diagram: HR publishes a role in Recruitee, a script on the open roles page fetches it from the API, and one Webflow template shows the role page
A role is created once, in Recruitee. The site fetches it on its own.

The list of roles

A script fetches the current roles from the Recruitee API, groups them by team and counts them. The list shows “All roles” with the total and every team with its own count. Clicking a team narrows the list.

Teams and role counts come straight from Recruitee.

No team is written into the page. When HR adds a role in a new team, the team shows up on the list by itself. When there are no roles, the page shows a short message instead of an empty list.

The list narrowed to the Marketing team: two roles
Clicking a team narrows the list.

The role page

One Webflow template shows every role. The page address tells the script which role to fetch, and it fills in the title, location, team, description, requirements and the remote tag.

One page in Webflow, every role’s content from Recruitee.

The “Apply” button leads to that role’s form in Recruitee, so an application lands straight in the system the team recruits in.

The result

HR publishes and closes roles in one place, Recruitee. The careers site always shows the current list, with no copying roles into Webflow and no developer involved. The look of the site is still edited in Webflow.

Questions

  • Do roles have to be added in Webflow?

No. A role is created in Recruitee and comes to the site from there. Webflow keeps only the look of the list and of the role template.

  • Can another recruiting system be connected this way?

Yes, if the system exposes its roles through an API. Only the data source changes; the list and the role template stay.
